Ajax WaterStop Jeweller is a smart valve designed to protect facilities from flooding. The valve automatically shuts off the water supply within 7 seconds of a leak being detected, whether by LeaksProtect Jeweller or a third-party detector. Routine water control also becomes easier: the valve can follow automation scenarios to shut off water on schedule, upon alarms, or when the system is armed or disarmed. Configuration, real-time notifications, device state, and remote water control are available in Ajax apps anytime, from anywhere in the world.
Water shutoff in 7 seconds
Ajax WaterStop Jeweller is equipped with a powerful actuator delivering up to 8.5 N•m of torque. This is enough to shut off even a stuck valve without risking damage. Under normal operating conditions, Ajax WaterStop Jeweller shuts off the water supply within 7 seconds of receiving a command or after LeaksProtect Jeweller or a third-party sensor detects a leak. In a system with a ¾-inch pipe and 2.5 bar water pressure, less than 33 oz of water is released before shutoff. Thanks to battery-powered operation, facilities and users' peace of mind remain protected 24/7, even during a power outage.
